As you are aware, Michael has helped us tremendously in updating the new version of Quickbooks (our 2010 was outdated and service was already interrupted). We appreciate it so much. He was here yesterday and had worked all night long up to the wee hours of the morning , just to get our server files updated and re-booted. We did get into some minor problems and glitches which he readily fixed. Michael was also here in the office today (which I have told him that he does not need to come tomorrow).
Michael did a good and commendable job and we do appreciate all the time and effort he exerted to get us up and running.
